What’s New with vRealize Automation for ITSM 1.0.0

This integration enables ServiceNow to be the portal for deploying services that are entitled to the user in vRealize Automation. Provisioned resources are made available in the ServiceNow CMDB and Self Service portal for viewing and day-2 lifecycle management.

Leverage ServiceNow approval policies with the requested vRealize Automation Catalog Items, independently or in parallel with vRA approvals. Once a request is approved, vRealize Automation will provision the resources requested using all applicable policies.

• Automatically updates provisioned resources in the ServiceNow CMDB and Self-Service portal
